Requesting Access
To request access to HCA Healthcare’s secure remote access portal, please download and complete our appropriate access form. Upon completion, please FAX your form to (866) 207-8841 or send by e-mail to: GCDV.PSSAccessRequests@HCAHealthcare.com.
If you are an external vendor/biller and need access to your provider's hospital records, please contact the provider office and have their manager open a support ticket with the HCA Service Desk.
If you are a Physician requiring view-only access to medical records at a specific facility where you refer patients, please download the Referring Provider Security Access Form.
